Cancellation Policy

Gabala Karvansaray Hotel aims to provide flexible and transparent booking conditions for its guests. The following cancellation and refund rules apply to all reservations unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within this free cancellation period will not incur any charges. For late cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of one night’s accommodation as a cancellation penalty.

In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Reservations made under prepaid or non-refundable rates are strictly non-refundable. No refunds or date changes apply to these bookings regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking. The time required for the refund to appear in the guest’s account depends on banking procedures and usually takes between 10 and 21 business days.

Gabala Karvansaray Hotel reserves the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, in accordance with hotel policy and applicable regulations. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
